Slaughterhouse Gulch - May 28th

A group of us decided to run Slaughterhouse Gulch since many of the trails were still snow covered. Tom led the way, and besides a short adventurous side trip, it was a easy going day.

Tom led us up a side trip, which turned out to be a bit steeper than we expected. In the end, it gave Daryl the opportunity to use his winch for the first time. Everything worked out great.

After we ran Slaughterhouse Gulch, we decided to drive over to Webster Pass to see how far we could get up the trail. We didn't make it very far. Tom had the chance to play in the snow a bit, though.
